How to Create a Notion Integration for Rechatbox?

With Rechatbox's integration with Notion, users can easily create and manage their content in Notion and use it to power their Rechatbox products.

However, to enable certain features in our Notion integration, you'll need to create an integration inside Notion and get the secret token.

In this article, we'll explain how to create an integration inside notion.

Step 1

Go to your Notion profile's integration section www.notion.so/my-integrations

& Click "New integration" as seen in the image below

Step 2

Fill in the necessary fields such as integration name:

Scroll down to the "Capabilities" section, and use the following settings:

These settings will only allow our services to update content, we won't be able to read any of the content from your Notion workspace because none of our integrations require to do so.

Click the "Submit" button to create your integration

Step 3

The page will update showing you the secret token

Copy the secret token and paste it in the field that was requested by the Rechatbox integration in our dashboard, as seen in the picture below, and click "Save"

Important: Now that you've successfully integrated Rechatbox with Notion, you still need to connect your Notion integration with your Notion pages!

Step 4

Go back to your notion workspace, and click on one of the pages that you would like to integrate with Rechatbox

Click on the three dots *** at the top right, and scroll down to the section "Add connections"

Find your Notion integration and simply click to connect.
